30 Days of Me - Day 1

Welcome.  I think I am crazy to do two challenges at once but a challenge is a challenge.

Day 01 - A recent picture of you and 15 interesting facts about yourself

1. I took the above photo last night because I need a photo for today.
2. I was half asleep while taking the picture.
3. I haven't slept a whole night since September 18.  The day Lil' Man went into CHEO and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.
4. Red is my favourite colour.
5. I have a purple convertible (she's put away for winter).
6. I have a camera collection where my favourite camera is a old box camera that was my grandfathers.  One of the most inexpensive cameras in my collection but it is the only one that means everything to me.
7. I collect pennies off the street and take them home.  Eventually they add up to some cents. ;)
8. My eyes change colour depending on my mood. 
9. I try to tell the truth even when it will hurt someones feelings. :(
10. I am a very messy neat freak. My house has to be spotless but my desk is a mess.
11. I drive just because I want to.
12. I have three tattoos.  1) Dolphin on lower back a.k.a. Tramp Stamp 2) Fairy on right ankle - matching with a good friend and 3) a camera that Em and I got while we were on our trip to Vermont in September.
13. I don't have many friends.  Only a very few close ones which I can count on one hand.
14. When I was 4 years old I could speak English, French, German and Dutch and lost all but English when we moved back to Canada until Grade 6 when we moved to Ontario.  I was 5 years behind in French, Saskatchewan didn't start teaching French until Grade 5 whereas Ontario had it since JK.
15. I  used to be really good at sign language.  I lost that when I moved to Ontario, they didn't offer it here.  I was really good too.  I used to translate the school assemblies to the hearing impaired kids in our school.
